This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the compiled Synctrades software ("Software") following a license purchase. It supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run the Software on up to 2 devices that you personally own or control, for your own individual use.
You may not:
You may transfer your entire license, including your license key, to another individual - for example, by giving or selling it to someone else - provided you permanently stop using the Software yourself once the transfer is complete. A transfer is not a basis for issuing an additional license; the recipient receives the same single license you held, subject to this Agreement.
We recommend notifying us at contact@synctrades.io when a transfer occurs, so our records reflect the current holder. Since license verification happens entirely offline, this notice is not technically required for a transferred key to keep working, but it's the only way we have of knowing a transfer took place.
The Software, including its source code and compiled binaries, remains our exclusive property and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Purchasing a license grants you the usage rights described in Section 1 only - it does not transfer any ownership interest in the Software.
The source code is published publicly for transparency and security review under a separate proprietary, all-rights-reserved license. That publication does not grant redistribution or reuse rights - this Agreement, not the published source license, governs your rights as a paying end user.
This license is perpetual and does not expire. It covers the version of the Software current at the time of purchase, plus all future updates and minor versions we release. A future major version, if one is ever released as a distinct paid product, may be offered separately rather than as a free upgrade.
The license is sold as a one-time purchase. No recurring fees apply, and no additional payment is required to continue using the version(s) covered under Section 5.
We may revoke your license if you breach this Agreement - including unauthorized redistribution, key sharing, or attempts to circumvent license verification - or following an approved refund or a payment dispute on your purchase. Revocation is tracked internally on our side. Because license verification happens entirely offline, revocation prevents future support and updates but cannot remotely disable a copy already installed on your device.
The Software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under this Agreement is limited to the amount you paid for your license.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States.
This Agreement, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Software, and supersedes any prior agreements on the same subject.
